These courses are designed with some great life keys to help people explore these common issues and discover the best version of themselves. Your facilitators will take your group through some great topics such as: self esteem, emotions, functional and dysfunctional dynamics, anger, grief and loss, forgiveness, conflict resolution, intimacy. Starts Thursday 23rd February at 7pm and runs for 6 weeks
