These courses are designed with some great life keys to help people explore these common issues and discover the best version of themselves. Over 8 sessions trained facilitators will take your group through some great topics such as: self esteem, emotions, functional and dysfunctional dynamics, anger, grief and loss, forgiveness, conflict resolution, intimacy.
